Last Gig for the Office Band
| Deep in the basement of my office, we met once a week to eek out Irish tunes and country and western songs. I had always wanted to sing with a band, and this was my chance to do so -- and I adored every second of it. This was our last gig, back in 2002, as Frazier (of Wales, on the far left) was about to move to New York, and I just couldn't go on trying to imitate Emmy Lou Harris without my imitation Gram Parsons.
